You anchor reality in a 40-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. For the duration:

  • Creatures can't teleport into or out of the area.
  • Planar travel is impossible from within the area.
  • Extradimensional spaces (like rope trick or portable holes) can't be accessed from within the area.
  • Veil phenomena within the area are suppressed.
  • Aberrations within the area have disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks.

Additionally, the area is warded against dimensional intrusion. If a creature attempts to teleport into the area or open a portal, you immediately become aware of the attempt and can choose to allow it or prevent it.
