You open your perception to see through the Veil into the space beyond reality. For the duration:
- You can see into the Ethereal Plane and the Border Ethereal.
- You can see invisible creatures and objects.
- You can see the true form of any creature polymorphed or shape-changed.
- You can sense the presence of extraplanar entities (aberrations, celestials, fiends, etc.) within 120 feet.
However, this sight is overwhelming. At the end of each of your turns, you must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, you take 2d6 psychic damage as your mind struggles with what it perceives. If you drop to 0 hit points from this damage, you gain a madness (if your game uses madness rules).
